Hello, 1WorldSync Customers and Solution Partners,  

1WorldSync uses the Community Platform to share updates for maintenance and application issues so customers can see real-time updates. You can subscribe to this and other areas in the community to receive high-level emails from us letting you know there is an update in the area to which you subscribed in the community.

Starting in January 2023, 1WorldSync will send out emails for flash messages through the Community portal only. Subscribing in the Community is easy! To receive email notifications for flash messages and incident updates, log into the Community, click Product Support, Technology & Release Updates, and on the far right, click Maintenance Flash Messages in this category box. Click the kebab (three-dot) menu and Subscribe.

It is just as easy to unsubscribe as there are no distribution lists to manage or update, but we hope you don't as this feature helps us communicate with you.

1WorldSync will perform maintenance during the maintenance windows below for 2022.  During this period, the systems indicated will be unavailable.  You can click HERE to see the details for these updates in the customer Community Events Calendar.

Is the Pre-Production extended window for maintenance for today 10/7 causing no responses back for exports and uploads in IM production this afternoon? I am in CT.

Hello and thank you for reaching out.  No, PP and Prod are separate environments and work on one will not impact the other.  It appears there is a small backlog which is common on Fridays.
