We are seing some slowness in IM when users perform item searches and other actions. The issue is escalated to our Application team. We are troubleshooting and currently testing and debugging.
Hello. Our technology teams continue to troubleshoot the issues today that created some slowness in IM, especially around the Simple Search functionality. This is escalated to our Development and Infrastructure teams.
For now, as a workaround, please use the advanced search as to have more timely results. We will update you more on any findings. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
Hi there - I just uploaded a fuse sheet to register 3 items. Message received on dashboard was "Your transaction has been requested. Please check back later to review the transaction status". Is this associated with the issues being experienced today?
Hi there - update....it went through. I do need to be a bit more patient.
I am glad to hear it went through for you.
Our engineering teams are investigating the delays we see today as well and I will post in the community as soon as I have any further details.
Just an update for you on user side of things. IM is touch & go right now.....sometimes running great and then.....the spinning wheel thingy...I log out & log back in and seems to work again for a few minutes and then locks up again.
Same situation for me as user KXXRSC (Hi !)
Thank you so much for your collaboration and update team!!!
Hello, I have an update on the intermittent slowness we have experienced in IM this week. Our tech teams are working diligently to resolve the issue. We have made progress in understanding the root cause related to IM search performance. As a temporary solution, we restored the previous implementation for search functionality while we continue to investigate further.
Reverting back to the previous implementation restores search performance back to the way it was.
We appreciate your patience as we continue our work to resolve this incident.
We are seeing some intermittent login issues with IM this morning. Our teams are working to resolve the issue.
Hello, is this slowness issue ongoing? I'm waiting on two exports that have been in "Pending Processing" status longer than usual; wondering if it's related. Thanks.
Hello, Npalazzolo and thank you for reaching out via the customer community. No, there is not an IM issue that is impacting the delivery of your exports. We took a look and it appears we have a large number of exports that are processing out of IM all at once. The system processes three exports concurrently and you should receive yours in a bit.
Item Management definitely been super slow for me over the past week or so. I have tried multiple browsers, logging in and out, multiple PC's, and nothing seems to help.
Hello, @Foodie1234 and thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the sporadic issues our customers have seen and we are working to resolve them via hot fix soon as soon as the work is complete on our end. We appreciate your patience and I will provide more updates here once that is implemented.
Uploaded DAM and amended information on an item and it is sitting after hitting "Save" -
I try to do all internal item maintenance first thing in the morning, as the system is slow when so many users are attempting to save.
When will this be resolved?
Hello @areule and thank you for your feedback. Can you describe what activities you are performing in IM when you encounter slowness? Is it only when you are adding images? There are times the system could slow down when we encounter backlogs but for the most part, it should be working rather smoothly. Any other details and examples you can provide would be helpful.
It was when I was amending information such as: Packaging Material, Storage & Handling, Ingredient Statement, and Nutritional Panel - after 3 hours, I called to 1WS and had to log out, log back in, and re-enter the information. Last 4 digits are 0113
Thank you for your detailed feedback. Can you tell me whether you experienced these slow behaviors in the last couple of days?
