Hello.  Our technology teams identified an issue where customers are encountering the error below when attempting to utilize the Sync Status Report in IM.  Our technology teams are working to resolve this issue.  I will post updates here as we learn more.CommunityJedi22_0-1683727888875.png

We are also seeing this same issue in the IM Worklist and are working to resolve it.
