Hello. 1WorldSync technology teams identified a backlog of transactions in Item Management. This backlog could impact your IM transactions and in your Worklist you will see Request Validation Successful. Please do not immediately execute the same transaction again as the system is working to resolve the backlog.

@CommunityJedi22 Can you please confirm if this impacts Pre-PROD and/or PROD? We have been seeing very slow response times in Pre-PROD.
Hello @LauraK and thank you for using the customer community. No, we do not have a backlog of transactions in PP today.
@LauraK Can you tell us more about the type of actions you were taking in PP today where you saw a delay like logging in, reports, worklist, links, pubs, etc?
The Production backlog is resolved. Please let us know if you have any residual issues.
