The 1WS technology teams identified an issue that was causing delays for items registering with the Global Registry. The issue is resolved and now the messages are processing as expected. There is a small backlog of transactions that should resolve soon. Thank you for your patience.
Hello, I'm having the same issue with item 20810090890320
I'm not able to publish the item because the GDSN Registry Status in "IN PROGRESS".
Could you please assist?

Hello @MarianneLecron and thank you for reaching out via the customer community. If your item is not registered, please first make sure you do not have a Discontinued Date populated. If not, try saving it once more and check again in 15 minutes, If it still is not registered, please open a ticket with Technical Support so they can escalate to our Applications team to force the registration.
Hello, I tried everything and escalated the matter. Unfortunately the item is still showing as "IN PROGRESS". How long will it take to get this matter solved please?

I am confirming with the Global Registry whether or not they have previously registered your GTIN. Once I have confirmation then I can get it resent to the Global Registry.
