1WorldsSync implemented security changes during the September 24, 2022 maintenance window that presents some different behaviors when logging in, resetting your password, and the use of previously bookmarked URLs. As a best practice, we recommend logging in to your needed application from our website. It is likely that your bookmarks prior to September 24 will not work.
Here is an example of our recommendation for accessing our tools via our website.
If you hover your cursor over the link and look in the bottom right corner of your browser, you will see the new URL you will be using for each application after these changes. Here is an example:
Usually updates such as this would have been emailed out to users, is there a reason we are just now hearing about this?
Hello, @ShananWalker and thank you for your feedback. You are correct. We did not expect these changes to impact the existing URLs so that is why these details were not available before this update other than a brief note in community.
I have tried following the steps shown and saved the tab, but I keep getting an error message. Please, see screenshot below. Thanks!

I am sorry to see you are having those errors. Can you tell me what happens when y ou go to our website, click on the intended application and login from there?
I am having the same issue. I deleted my bookmark last week, then went into 1worldsync.com, selected to log in, selected Prod, bookmarked it, then was able to log in successfully. Now, when I try to log in via the new bookmark, i get an "Oops something went wrong" error.
I clicked on your website, then login to prod. This showed me the url, which I copied and pasted to go to the main dashboard.
Whenever I try to bookmark the page, then click on it to make sure it's working, I receive that error message.
It appears that I successfully added the bookmark, as seen on screenshot. I just clicked on the "plus" sign and typed the url. This seems to work for now. 🙂

Good news
