Are backlogs still processing? Unable to see any item updates as of 11:20 est.
Hello. Our technology teams are working to resolve the backlog of IM transactions. We did reset some processes in our back end but that action did not yet resolve the backlog. I will continue to provide updates as they are available.
Looking for an update on this. Did all data stop? Is there recovery?
Hello. I have an update regarding the backlog of transactions in IM today. Our technology teams identified the issue that created today's incident and took appropriate steps to restore the Production system.
We confirmed that all of our Production applications are up and running and messages are being processed as usual now. We will monitor the health of the system and advise if we encounter any other issues.

Our system first uploaded items to 1WS at 7:47 EDT today.
Our system secondly uploaded links to 1WS at 9:18 EDT today.
With the backlog issue at 1WS, strangely and with consequence, 1WS processed our links first, then processed our items. So we have parent items, such as assortments, that have no linkage to our child (component) items.
I would suggest to process a supplier's data sequentially by files' receipt date/timestamps, in order to process them as sent, which should be items first, then links. Thanks, Kenny
