We are experiencing two issues this morning and want to make sure you are aware as we work to resolve these as quickly and resolutely as possible.  

  1. Catalog responses (catr) are not processing back to IM customers as expected.  Item updates arrive in IM but responses are not returning with details showing completion to the sender.
  2. Intermittent issues when resetting passwords in Production and Pre-Production.

I will provide updates in the community as they are available.  We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

Good news! We resolved the issue for catalog responses and now see messages processing.  There is a small backlog that should resolve in the next couple of hours.

Afternoon Community,

The password reset issue we have experienced during the working hours has been resolved. We do have a backlog of password emails that will process but we have a backlog of responses.

We appreciate your patience while we work to clear the issue.
