1WorldSync is experiencing a backlog of transactions that are impacting batch transactions. It appears a large customer sent a large number of files that created the backlog our team and systems are working to resolve. I will provide more details here as available.
Hello, I am happy to report the backlog we encountered has been resolved and our technology teams are continuing to monitor transactions. We also worked with the customer who sent an unusually large amount of transactions all at once to prevent this in the future.
