I imported a file using the SDL and the status went from "processing" to "uploaded" with no zeros in both items processed and items failed list. I keep refreshing but no changes. Does that mean it did not work at all or is it still in process?
Hello @chrissyulrich andthan you for reaching out via the customer community. Welcome. Can you provide us the example GTIN and time stamp for when you uploaded it? Are you seeing errors in the Message Center? Do you see any transactions in your Worklist?
