I’m reaching out regarding our recent transition from VIP Kroger to Item Management. We signed the new contract at the end of September and obtained a new GLN as required. I was under the impression that our sales representative had submitted all necessary information; however, I have not received any communication from 1WorldSync regarding the onboarding process. After following up, I learned that our original sales rep is no longer with the company. I’ve contacted customer service, and while they tagged our new representative—who indicated he would reach out—I still haven’t heard back. At this point, we’ve been billed for the new service but still do not have access. Could someone please assist me with getting this resolved as soon as possible? We’re eager to move forward but are unable to proceed without onboarding support.

I was unable to locate GLN 0851856008326 in any of our systems (also not registered with any Data Pool yet). GLN 0851856008005 is already set up with a different Data Pool (called Rivir) for GDSN services and with us for Kroger Product Introduction.

I can see Adam Philippou tried to contact you yesterday. I will contact Adam and ask him to reach out to you to get this sorted out as soon as possible. We will continue using ticket 96420 for this.
