The attached recipient Implementation Guide is for a recipient who uses an external data pool other than 1WorldSync. As a trading partner for these recipients, you can ask them to share their most recent guides but we made these available to you here as well to help you. Because we do not own these guides, this may not be the most current version for each recipient. If you have a more current version, please let us know and we can update it for you and other Community users.

Is this one for Renzi Bros - Renzi Foodservice?

Hello @LuisalbaMunoz and thank you for reaching out via the customer community.  Welcome.  I took a look and agree this one is not very clear or complete.  I pulled this from their datapool page and unfortunately this is all they had loaded.  Which of the two you mentioned are you looking to sync with?

Good morning  "Renzi Bros" and "Renzi Foodservice" seems to be essentially the same thing but it seems they were bought in 2023 by U.S. Foods . Are they still managing their product data through their previous GLN separately? Do we have a main contact for Renzi Bros - Renzi Foodservice?

I was able to find GLN 1100001018857 for Renzi Foodservice. This is set up with a different Data Pool however, so we do not have implementation guides or updates regarding how to submit your data to them or even if they are still managing their data through their own GLN anymore. I also searched for an Implementation Guide online for Renzi Foodservice but nothing shows up unfortunately. 

If you need to publish your items to them, please reach out to your contact from Renzi and they should be able to provide you with more details about which is the correct GLN to publish your items to.
