Why my recipient did not receive Digital Assets?

I am currently sharing item 00751884913480 with Dawn Foods 0029519003012 and they just have in their VMP one digital asset.

Can you please confirm why this may happen?

I can confirm GTIN 00751884913480 is syncing successfully with Dawn Foods and all 9 images are received by your retailer. Different retailers will have different procedures and steps to update their websites or systems and accept product images, therefore we can suggest reaching out to your Dawn Foods' contact and confirming the next steps with them. 

I have found an online Implementation Guide from them here: https://pages.syndigo.com/rs/539-CDH-942/images/Dawn%20Foods%20GDSN%20Implementation%20Guide.pdf. Page 6 will have more information about attribute requirements. It does not mention additional details about their systems though.

I had to access their VMP and they only could see 1 image, I had to manually upload the rest.

have not clue why this may happen...
