No record of new item

Worklist says 

• Load Sheet (FUSE) File Processed
• Your Load Sheet (FUSE) File Processed.

But it is not showing in the item list. 

I see it in history with validation errors but not in search results.  I attached the FUSE sheet that I used.  I added the items on Friday and then appended them just now.  They still do not show up.

Hello @LaurelSFF and welcome to the Community. By looking at both GTINs in the file in the Worklist I see Data Validation Errors when the items were attempted to be added. This type of error will prevent the item from actually being added to the system. To get the items in the system to start with the Operation would need to still be Add instead of Append.

On the Each level of the hierarchy the error is: GTIN for Point of Sale (gs1TradeItemIdentificationKey/value) must be a valid 12 digits when GTIN for Point of Sale Type Code is set to "GTIN_12".

Thank you @JustinW that worked.  I didn't realize that it would still show as processed but not add the item.
