DC Role

Hello!

I’m creating credentials for my team and would like to understand the differences in terms of capabilities between the DC roles available in the User Creation tab:

  • Digital Catalogue Only User

  • Digital Catalogue List User

  • Digital Catalogue Admin Only ( Is mostly among the first couple of options but if you can please share...)

If I am Admin, can I log in as a different user so I can see what they have access to or address concerns?

We recommend the following Quick Sheets regarding the capabilities of each user role within Digital Catalog:

Quick Sheets for Digital Catalog (DC) - User
Quick Sheets for Digital Catalog (DC) - List Only User

An admin cannot log in as different users, unless the users share their password with you so that you are able to access DC using their login credentials instead of yours.
