How to request a new product?

To request a new product manufacturer needs to fill in a "RFP" File and send it to 1WorldSync via Manufacturer Claim. Manufacturers should use "RFP" as an Elkjop SKU # and a space in the "Mfr Part #" field in such case.

How to respond to a 1WorldSync Request?
- Option 1
1. Click on the link provided in the 1WorldSync Request email notification you received.
2. Log in to your account if prompted.
3. The system should take you directly to the 1WorldSync Request. Provide the requested product information by adding a note, attaching files, or both.
4. Once you have finished responding, scroll down and click the Save button at the bottom of the screen.
- Option 2
1. Log in to your PartnerAccess for Dixon's account.
2. Click on the Claims tab in the top navigation bar. This will take you to the main page for 1WorldSync Requests.
3. Search for the SKU # that the 1WorldSync Request is for.
4. Click on the Product Identifier to open the 1WorldSync Request.
5. Provide the requested product information by adding a note, attaching files, or both.
6. Once you have finished responding, scroll down and click the Save button at the bottom of the screen.
