Product specifications are taken "as provided" and normalized for consistency across all products in that category. Elkjop welcomes manufacturer's product description, marketing text and feature bullets that meet the Elkjop's requirements.

What are your file naming conventions?
- Naming the files you upload correctly is vital to ensuring there are no unnecessary delays in the production process. When uploading content to 1WorldSync Content Solutions, please use the following naming conventions:

What is your Product Content Production Process
- When we get a request for submit an SKU on Elkjop, we gather publicly available product content (primarily from the manufacturer's website) and combine it with content uploaded by the "manufacturer" (or their designated 3rd party) through their Elkjop PartnerAccess account (online portal). We then transform the content based on the Style Guide requirements for the category, and deliver the content to Elkjop for use on Elkjop' websites.
The portal enables manufacturers and suppliers to request products and respond to information requests ("1WorldSync Requests") by uploading the required content for their products sold through Elkjop.
The "manufacturer" controls who has access to their account, and they can be active in managing the content or they can log in once, accept the click wrap agreement (terms of portal use) and then allow other users to manage it for them. That is totally at their discretion.
1WorldSync defines "manufacturer" as the company that owns the brand rights and IP for the products, regardless of whether they manufacturer the goods themselves or outsource it.
Product Content Production Process
- Product Content Requests
To add a new product to Elkjop catalog, 1WorldSync receives a request from the Manufacturer to create product content for the SKU in accordance with Elkjop's standards. - Content Aggregation
1WorldSync uses the manufacturer’s public website (and other manufacturer content repositories where available) as the first source for product information collection. 1WorldSync then combines that information with anything that has been uploaded, and creates and sends 1WorldSync Requests for any missing information needed to fulfill Elkjop's requirements.
NOTE: Product specifications are taken "as provided" and normalized for consistency across all products in that category. Product description, marketing text, and feature bullets are created based on Elkjop's specified formulas and rules. Because of this, we can not ensure to use the manufacturer's marketing content and preferred description is shown verbatim on Elkjop's site(s).
Once all of the required content has been obtained and the stylization process is completed, 1WorldSync delivers the content to Elkjop.
What is the Required Content?
- Elkjop has strict content requirements for all products it sells. The specific information required varies based on category, but generally includes:

What types of files can be uploaded to your system?
1WorldSync is currently set up to receive and process the following file types:
- Product specifications and marketing content - in what ever format you have them in (there is no template to fill out)
- Product shots - images of the product only; white back ground with no props or overlays (highest resolution available - min 800x800)
- PDFs - Product data sheets, manuals/user guides, Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS), etc.
NOTE: We do not accept video files at this time.
