I am trying to turn my Public List, Public Catalog and Accessible via URL  to be visible to my customer.  However, we are getting errors and they cannot access.

Public List - error message: SERVER DISCONNECTED

Hello and thank you for reaching out.  We made changes this past weekend to improve security which impacted customers using bookmarked URLs for our tools.  Can you please try logging in from our website (HERE) and updating your bookmarks?  Below is a best practice doc we put together.  Please let me know if this does not resolve the issue you encountered.

Ok... are they set up correctly? Everything was set up by the content acceleration team.

@meatguy (love the username by the way), we took a look and made an update to your DC profile to allow for this behavior.  Can you try again?  You may have to recreate those URLs after the update we just made to your profile in UMA.
