Where can we find the IM 8.34 Migration Document?

Thank you for your response, but please know that the IM 8.34 Migration Document is mentioned in the newly released DSD 8.7.8 Release Notes, which is confusing if they haven't been truly released yet. How are we supposed to plan accordingly, if we don't have the information before it goes into production? Can you at least let us know if the non-backward compatible changes affect healthcare? I'm assuming not, but need verification.
