What does this mean: One instance of Alternate Classification Scheme (alternateClassification/scheme) must be FDSPAN

You can look at the IM 8.52 (September 2024) Participant Dictionary, Valid Values, and Validations and you should be able to see the valid values under the IM valid values column for the alternate Classification scheme.

I have confirmed that the FDA Premarket Submission Notification is the value you need for the (alternateClassification/scheme.  The warning message has a type and we are working on fixing that

Thank you for the clarification. FDSPAN is not applicable in our case. Our product is WHO Prequalified. I hope this warning does not affect our publication.

We recommend checking the status of the publications next to make sure that they were all sent successfully to your customer. This can be done using the Sync Status Report and steps on how to use it can be found HERE.

Please make sure the customer has also subscribed to your GLN to receive your publications, otherwise, they will remain in a PENDING status until the subscription is set up. You can access their Implementation Guide here for additional information on the steps needed to synchronize your data to this recipient and get a subscription sent to your GLN.
