If you are new to DataSource, please find the three getting-started topics below:

Getting Started - Extranet Videos
These videos are currently available on the legacy DataSource portal but will be updated and migrated to the Community very soon. Until then, please note you will receive an invitation to the Extranet portal. Accept the invitation quickly as it expires in 24 hours. Once you log in you will see six videos available to you to help you get started. (Location = Extranet / Support / Documentation >>Training Videos)

Getting Started – ContentConnector
With your new account, the most important element is to download the content connector to request and ingest the content data. The Connector will create the database structure on your environment and ingest the 1WS data to your environment. Please quickly access the ContentConnector Guide and Download ContentConnector.

Getting Started – Demo Call
The onboarding phase lasts 30 days so we suggest booking an introduction call as soon as possible to address any questions that you may have and so that we can introduce the Extranet portal to your stakeholders. You can schedule the Demo call with our team by opening a ticket in the Community with Your Support Tickets.  Please let us know as soon as possible when this call works best for you and your team.
