As part of our ongoing investment to improve processes, we will be updating the backend configuration of our SFTP service. This change will result in a new IP address for the hostname sftp.cs.1worldsync.com.
What You Need to Do:
- If you have no IP traffic restrictions and connect using the hostname sftp.cs.1worldsync.com, no action is needed.
- If you use the ContentConnector, or any other service that relies on a known_hosts file, you will need to update it. See this step-by-step guide in our Community Portal.
- If your organization whitelists IP addresses, you’ll need to update your configuration. Please contact the TCS Support Team to receive the new IP address.
Please note that IP address 40.79.74.37 will no longer be active as of September 30.
