Charging Pictogram - EU Compliance
As part of the new Directive (EU) 2022/2380, it is now mandatory for e-commerce platforms to display specific charging-related information, including a pictogram indicating whether a charging device is included with the radio equipment.
- We developed a solution that generates the 'charging pictogram' as a media type using the values available in DataSource, helping our customers comply with the EU directive.
- As part of the process for creating new SKUs, we will now also be including charger related information when available on brands websites or through our direct relationships.
- For SKUs already built, we will also reach out to our existing PartnerAcess customers to request the necessary information, enabling bulk updates to enhance content where feasible.

Charging Pictogram - Coverage
As previously mentioned, the charging pictogram will be displayed on new SKUs whenever it is available on brand websites or obtained through our direct relationships with them.

I cannot see the pictogram for a product, even though it’s part of a covered category and I can find the information on the brand's website. What could have happened?
This may be due to one of the following reasons:
- The SKU was built before we launched the pictogram feature, so the relevant information was not captured at the time.
- When the SKU was initially created, the necessary information was not available on the brand’s website.
