In 2022, 1WorldSync transitioned from the standard FTP to SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol) to enhance the security of data transfers.
We are confident that you have already made this change. However, as a precaution, this is a reminder for you to ensure everything is correctly configured on your end.
Please note that the standard FTP protocol will be permanently deactivated on October 28, 2024.
To maintain seamless and secure data transfers, we kindly ask you to verify that your systems are set up to use SFTP.
If you are using our DataSource ContentConnector, this link outlines the steps for double-checking your configuration.
If you do not use the ContentConnector, please ensure your system settings are as follows:
- Host: sftp.cs.1worldsync.com
- Port: 22 (default)
- Protocol: SSH File Transfer Protocol (SFTP)
- Username: [same as current]
- Password: [same as current]
