Performance Frequency is used to help in calculating line item price. By using service interval (Service Frequency) and line item qty (not the billing frequency) the line item price will be totaled. In this model, the supplier cost is considered to be per service frequency (per week, per month, etc.).
For example: if the service is performed weekly, and billed monthly, it will have a service quantity of 4 weeks. That quantity will be multiplied by the line quantity of 1 (more) to create the total amount for that service line.
