The Notification Email field on the edit Accounts Settings page in the Assigned Personnel section is used for sending notifications to users or groups. These typically are not the assigned account manager, sales rep, or users of ChannelOnline. Separate multiple email addresses may be entered by using commas (max 155 characters).
To use this account data value in emails, just add the associated merge field called <customer_notification_email> to desired system-generated email templates. Templates are located in Admin > System Email > System Generated.
