Customer permissions give you the ability to Allow or Deny other Users access to Customers owned by you. This is helpful if your Group (or Sales Team) is configured to share Customer accounts. There are two groups which have separate permissions:

  1. My Group – Sets the permissions for all users within the same Group that your account resides in.
  2. Other Groups – Sets the permissions for all users that fall outside your assigned Group.

Separate non-group access can be provided with the use of Access Keys.
