Placing a quote for a customer and need to see what the cost was or the price you charged them in the past.
From the quote, check the box next to the line item you wish to review history on, then select the “Price History” option from the Line Actions tab at the top of the product table.
A window will open to show a list of the documents (Quotes, Orders, Invoices, and RMAs) that the item was placed on, for this specific customer, and will display the order number, date, cost, sell price, and quantity for each document. For more details, select the order number to access the document for review.
To see what other customers got that same item for, select the All Customers radio button at the top right of the results table.
