Creating Notes in ChannelOnline is easy and can be done almost everywhere. Wherever you see the “+ Add” link, on view pages, in headers, or quick access tabs, you can create a note or task for; Accounts, Contacts, Documents, or your personal Organizer.
On Accounts and Contacts
When launched from an account or contact within the account view, you will see them identified in the upper right header of the note window.
Your own personal notes can be created directly within the Organizer by selecting the “+ Add” icon in the Organizer hover drop-down in the ChannelOnline or Organizer navigation bars.
