Walmart.com's " About the Brand Section has a blank white space
This occurs if you have used another provider before 1WorldSync and the other provider still has their code active on Walmart.com- Ask your previous content provider to delete their codebase. Once complete, please “Save” and “Publish” your content again in the 1WorldSync Portal.

Content isn't returning
Content will not be returned for the following reasons:

Your account is not active - If you registered for any account, it takes 15 minutes for your account to be enabled.

Content is not available in the requested language.

Invalid Product Identifiers

Verify that you are sending the correct Manufacturer Name and Manufacturer Part Number and that you have the Walmart ID saved and published.

I get this Message when trying to Save/Publish a page
For product content pages to be a viable and valuable resource for your shoppers, its recommended to adopt a Content Threshold for your products. its recommended to have at least 3 or more images in the gallery and 3 feature blocks to sell more of your products with the rich media inline product experience.
Why aren’t my features/modules/videos showing on Walmart US when they are built on my content page?
