How to upload a catalog Rich Content Logo/Inline Catalog

  • Login to your account under https://portal.cs.1worldsync.com/en-us/
  • Once logged in, go to “My Catalog”
  • Click Add Catalog
  • Select Upload Mode – You will have to choose between manual and automatic – we highly recommend an automatic catalog. The automatic catalog allows you to update your products without any manual action as long as you update the file in the same ftp location.
  • If you go with the option Automatic you may need to provide an FTP or a HTTP link for our system to retrieve the file on a daily/weekly basis (daily recommended) – make sure that “use schedule” option is enabled.
  • If your catalog is always updated as full, make sure that the “full file” is enabled.
  • Select the frequency of the schedule settings.
  • Name your catalog
  • Provide a description of the catalog to differentiate between different catalogs.
  • Error Threshold, select default.
  • Save
  • Upon saving, a prompt to select the desired file format you will provide will appear.
  • Select the right file and type and save.

Catalog Requirements

We require a full catalog feed in CSV comma-delimited or tab-delimited text file format.
This file should be accessible by us through either an FTP location or an HTTP location and should be obtainable and updated on a daily basis.

This file should contain the following information:

  • - Product ID (used in your add to cart function)
  • Manufacturer Name
  • Manufacturer Part Number/SKU Number
  • Product Name
  • Product Page URL (must contain https:// example https://www.domain.com)
  • Add to cart Link.(optional if you do not provide the ATC LINK – Make sure to communicate this to the support teams so that we can simulate the ATC via custom JS from our systems
