What You Told Us
- Everyone needs to win together. When different teams inside your company are chasing different goals, things fall through the cracks. You asked us to help make success a shared score — not just one team’s problem.
- It is getting more complex, not less. New markets, new rules, new systems. You need Syndigo to help you keep up — and actually make your teams more productive in the process.
- Get the basics right before anything else. AI is only as good as the data behind it. Not every company is in the same place, and we need to meet you where you are.
- A perfect score does not mean your content is working. Checking every box is not the same as winning on the digital shelf. You need to know if your content is actually driving results — not just whether it is complete.
- Do not stop showing up after the sale. You told us that the relationship is just getting started when you sign with Syndigo. Keep bringing ideas, keep showing what is possible, keep showing up. We will.
- Your Syndigo team is one of your favorite things about us. You said it out loud in the room — multiple times. The relationships, the responsiveness, the people who actually know your business. We are proud of that and we are not taking it for granted.
- You want to talk to each other, not just to us. You asked for a space to connect with peers at other companies who are working through the same things. That is coming.
