Unable to access SFTP server - Password reset request

Hello,

I am contacting you regarding the setup of the manual upload flow for the Order Feed file. We tried to access the SFTP server using our old credentials, but they are no longer working.

For this reason, could you please help us with a reset and provide the new access details for the f64studio account?

Thanks for reaching out regarding the SFTP access for your Order Feed manual upload flow.

For security reasons, SFTP credentials (including resets or re-provisioning) are handled on a case-by-case basis and can’t be updated through the community forum. We’ll want to route this through our support team so they can securely verify the account and provide the correct updated access details for the f64studio account.

When submitting your request, it would be helpful to include:

  • The account name (**f64studio**)
  • A note that this is for SFTP credential reset / Order Feed upload access
