Unable to access SFTP server - Password reset request

I am contacting you regarding the setup of the manual upload flow for the Order Feed file. We tried to access the SFTP server using our old credentials, but they are no longer working.

For this reason, could you please help us with a reset and provide the new access details for the f64studio account?

For security reasons, SFTP credentials (including resets or re-provisioning) are handled on a case-by-case basis and can’t be updated through the community forum.
