DOT requirements of Image fields

Good morning,

I have several items with the below CIC message.

Can you please tell me where I find the fields: Has Case Image, Has Open Case, Has Each Image, etc.

I've looked in the digital asset data screen, with no luck.

I would really appreciate any help!
