Tried to go into UMA and reset a password for a user(s) and they never receive an email in order to reset their password. Is anyone else encountering this?

jason.robinson@marzetti.com is one of them but there are a couple others that are not working.

@azechman I just personally tried to reset this one. Can you ask the user if they received that email?

Sorry for the delay as I was just able to reach out to the user and they said they did not get it. They even tried to used the forgot password at the IM logon screen and stated they did not get an email for that either.

Thank you for the confirmation, @azechman . Can you confirm these emails are not landing in their spam folders? Does your company encounter issues like this from an IT security standpoint?

When I first set them up they received those emails in their inbox so I do not believe it is a spam filter issue.
