Hello @niteishk, nice to speak to you in the Community. If you use the Simple Search function, click on the magnifying glass towards the top middle of the screen, and you get filters to apply to the search. One of the filters is for published items, after updating this to Yes, you would have the option to export the items and this will show the content that you have loaded into Item Management.
