Item Synced to wrong Division and department

Hi,

I have received a request from Wakefern asking us to update division and department values and republish items.

I search for the same in 1WorldSync but could not find any such attributes. Could you please guide where can we find these two attributes so that i can update the same? GTIN 10041190080417

I know that they have been published, but we believe they need to be Re-Published “under department 31”

We tried to move them, but we think they need to be published in these depts. Div 2 Dept 31.

Niteishk,

The divisions and departments are not something you can direct from 1Worldsync. The Divisions and departments are applied in the Wakefern portal where you would top off the attributes. Wakefern does have a team available to assist at datasync@wakefern.com that should be able to direct you on changing the divisions.

3.1.1 ITEM CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS
All item changes must be sent through your data pool. An item change or modification is not a
publication type, but an operation within an Initial Load or New publication. At this time, Wakefern
cannot accept changes/modifications for new items that are already in the process of being set up;
such changes need to be Published as New. If your item is in the process of being set up in Wakefern
systems and a Modify or Correction is transmitted for the GTIN, the GTIN will reject and you will need
to begin the new item set up process from the beginning.
