Problem of synchronization - Publish

Hello, we need help,
We have been trying to publish some products for Performance Food Group GLN- 0806795000009 (they use Syndigo) but we get this on Last Data Sync Status Date: FAILURE---20-MAR-2025 13:05:1.
We made a republish of the products for them again and Current Status Date: PENDING SYNCHRONIZATION 24-MAR-2025 11:12:13
What do I need to do for check if something is wrong for the synchronization?

Fixing a failure means finding and fixing its root cause. You can find the reason behind any failure by going into the Item History report in Item Management in the Reports section, please, and then searching for your item:
In this case, the reason for the sync failure for your items is:
To correct the error, please make sure to remove the following three attributes on all levels of your heirarchies as these values are not accepted by your retailer (I obfuscated some of the info below just in case this is sensitive for your company):
After updating/ removing the attributes, the items will update automatically for Performance Food Group, you do not need to (Re)Publish any of them, please. Item failures are thus different from Rejected Items as the latter always require the items to be Republished for the retailer to see your updates (more details can be found here: Override Rejections via the Republish Functionality in IM), while the former only requires a Save after you fix the attribute(s) causing the error(s).
