Incident with GTIN Dates in Item Management - Ongoing

1Worldsync has discovered that we are having trouble with Date attributes in the Item Management GUI. We can provide a workaround for any customer experiencing issues with their dates. If a customer encounters any errors because of your dates you can pull a FUSE extract and update from there if needed.

We will update the community when we know a fix has been applied. We appreciate your patience while we resolve this issue.

I am posting a link to our FUSE quick sheets as an additional resource for using the FUSE template.

1WS technical teams are continuing to work on resolving this issue.  We learned and confirmed this is a display issue.  Data entered in the GUI is indeed saving but is not displayed in the GUI.  The workaround is still in place and please let us know if you have any questions on using it.

We are working to implement a fix to resolve this incident but do not yet have a time assigned.  We will update you here as more information is available.

Can you advise when this issue will be resolved? I do not want to hold up any delivery issues for my buyers. Thank you.

Hello @rlam and welcome to the customer community.  Thanks for reaching out.  This issue is being worked on and tested but do not yet have a date for a fix yet.  If you add date content to the date fields, the system is being saved, just not displayed in IM.  If you are unsure, you can extract your item to see any values you have populated in the date fields for any items in question.  Although ideal, it should help keep you from missing any deadlines with your trading partners.

Thank you for getting back to me, do you mean that we can continue with our submits but the dates will not show? Does it effect when we are in the production fields?

Hello, @rlam , yes, The dates you are populating and saving in the GUI are being recorded they just unfortunately are not showing in the GUI.  You can test this via an extract if that helps you feel more comfortable with this...

Dear 1WS Tech. I'm having difficulties updating the link with the exact quantity for the style shown with an attached. I've previously deleted the publication, but I'm still getting an error notification. Is it necessary for me to wait a day for them to sync the message? Please see the attached snapshot.

Hello @rlam and thanks for reaching out through the Community.

I've attached the article explaining in which scenarios you would need to wait 25 hours before you are able to update an item. Unfortunately, changing links is one of the situations where you would need to wait the 25 hour period to be able to change your links. I see the Publication Delete was registered today at 10:57:17 (as seen in the Worklist) so please try changing your links tomorrow after 11:57 and let me know if I can provide any additional help.
