Good afternoon,

Earlier this morning, I received an email from one of our sales guys about Meijer using 1WorldSync.

I informed him we already published to Meijer, but the more I get to looking, it was back in 2020.

There are no CIC messages or sync status reports on any item.

Below is the list of items we have published, and they show they were received, but no other information.

Can someone please point me in the right direction as to what I need to do next?

I believe I found the solution in another article. I published to a GLN they no longer use.

I'll try to publish to the 0041250000013 GLN, and see what happens.

For Meijer, their current GLN is 0041250000013, please. More details are also available in their guide here: Meijer Implementation Guide.

Regarding the publication type, if the publications are for new items, Meijer is requesting them to be published as New, while returning or already sold products can be published as Initial Load, please. If a hierarchy was published as Initial Load instead when it should have been published as New, this can be overridden by using the Republish functionality from the Publications - Manage Publications screen, please.
