Good morning team!
I have been updating some items with extra images and publishing them to UNFI, as per their request. As you can see in the attached screen shots, I've been locking the extra images just for UNFI by choosing "Recipients" on the dropdown.
However, Kroger has been showing "Review" CIC messages for those items because of the extra images, which are showing up in VIP as "ghost images" with no information in them.
Your help in this matter is greatly appreciated!

Hard to say if there was some glitch, I don't recall this happening on a wide scale, if it did we should've handled it in a ticket so we could escalate to the appropriate teams. Let us know if you encounter this issue again when removing any RFL values for items that do not have any EFL images, there may be a space in one of the attributes causing it to think there is a value there and requiring additional EFL attributes to be populated, that would trigger the error you provided in the screenshot.

Hello, @nancyVigo, and welcome back.
Those "ghost images" you're seeing in VIP are from partial data entered in IM under the External File Link section:
Removing the highlighted values will remove the "ghost images" in VIP when the data for that item sync's to VIP again (no need to Republish, when you Save that will trigger a Modify to go to any trading partners you have an active publication with).

@DanV, thanks for the prompt response!
I have been leaving those fields after deleting all the other ones because, after a change in the format, I was receiving error messages that were asking me for the "Digital Asset Type Code."
I left "Product Image" and added the "End Date," and that took care of the error messages I was receiving.
I have been doing this for a while without any "Review" messages from Kroger until I added the extra images for UNFI (locked).
Any suggestions on how to best proceed are greatly appreciated!

If you do not have any External File Link images, I would recommend removing any values under that section. My guess is that there was some other value populated under External File Link that required the Digital Asset Type Code, be sure to enable the All Populated Playlist to see all values.

@DanV, I am attaching part of the conversation I had in the Community regarding this issue back in 2023. This is the reason why I started to leave "Product Image" and add "End Date."
I wonder if this was a glitch in the system at the time?
