I have a synchronization error for McLane, and I'm not sure what it means.
Can you please tell me what the below means?
We have nothing to do with Healthcare so I'm now sure why this is flagging.
My item GTIN is 100330800005346, and we've had this item for years.

I don't find any history of them purchasing this item in the last several years.
I'm just going to delete publication of this item.

What exactly does that mean?
Do we need to reach out to McLane or just wait a few days and see if this irons itself out?

I do not see the GTIN above in Product Introduction and I do not have an item setup with the GTIN listed. I did not see the screen capture?
