@Becky If we need to change the pricing for the items we already have submitted to McLane, would we do that through 1WorldSync or would we have to contact McLane directly?
Hello @Tguild, for price changes we would recommend discussing first with your McLane contact as the steps needed to submit a price change would require you to restart your item and then submit it with the necessary changes. Restarting the item would also trigger a new UIN and that is why we would recommend first discussing it with your contact for McLane.
Okay, so just so I understand clearly, after we confirm with McLane the price change, we would need to restart the item from item management or just from product introduction?
Once an item is setup it no longer goes through Product Introduction. You will need to fill out a cost change form and submit it to cost and deal. If you send an e-mail to suppliergds@mclaneco.com we will point you in the right direction.
