Complicated Hierarchy for McLane

Kateryna

Hi, I will try to show the errors i have bumped into when i wanted to save/validate the item to publish to McLane.

It looks like we have to indicate here something. but what are we supposed to fill in here, if we filled in everything we could regarding the hierarchy?

Our GTIN in question is 00773479406252, we sell it in bulk. There are no inner layers

Please, could you look into this and advise?

thank you,

Hello,

The GTIN Pallet TI/HI would be how Tall & Long the product is when there is a PALLET level. However, if no PALLET level is present you will then complete the "NON-GTIN Pallet TI/HI". In your instance since your item only has a "Case" level you will only complete the "NON-GTIN PALLET TI/HI". The "TI" would be how long the level is across and the "HI" would be how tall the level is. Also, when hoovering over the attribute it will also display a brief definition. I've also, attached a link to our Participant Dictionary that contains all of our GDSN attributes.

Thanks

Hello,

The system is currently prompting for "Inner Pack" information due to the item having the attribute "Inner Pack" set as "0". If no "Inner Pack" is present please remove the "0" from the "Inner Pack" field and this will resolve any errors regarding the "Inner Pack".

Thanks!

Thank you, BigBuford!

I removed it as you advised, the error vanished. 👍

In the waring you can also see the requirement to remove Number of Units per Layer in a GTIN/GTIN Pallet Ti and Number of Layers per GTIN/GTIN Pallet Hi.

My main concern is that we have always indicated values there. And sometimes when validating the uploaded item the system didn't let us, i filled in the values in non-GTIN pallet part.

Could I ask you please to clarify what the GTIN pallet and non-GTIN pallet means in the attributes below and what is the difference? (I might have misunderstood smth 🙄)

Number of Units per Layer in a GTIN/GTIN Pallet Ti and Number of Layers per GTIN/GTIN Pallet Hi

and Number of Units per Layer in a non-GTIN/ non-GTIN Pallet Ti and Number of Layers per non -GTIN/ non-GTIN Pallet Hi

Thanks a million!
