Item Net and Gross Weight Issues

Hey Community,

I am in search of help as one of my items that I am trying to publish is getting a error message saying that the net weight needs to be greater than or Equal too Child item which it is and also that the Gross weight needs to be 96% or more of the child item as well which the item is that I know of.

Can you check the item that I have provided below and see why this is not working as I have tried to change weights to align with the errors and still have not been able to publish?

Thank you for the reference I seem to have found the potential miscommunication in my information that was given and our item had been miss weighed in our Product portfolio and working to fix now! Thank you for the help!
