Hey Community,
I am working on a product at its base unit level and case level and I am receiving feedback from my recipient that these errors are showing, but I do not see those attribute options on my side to be able to correct these. Is there a way that you can assist in this?
Recipent: Kroger
Items GLN: Unit - 00011110135889, and Case - 10011110135886

Hello @masonboedeker,
Welcome to the 1WS Community!
Once you are into your GTIN - you will need to EDIT 'Attribute Display Preference & Item type Attribute' to VIEW ALL ATTRIBUTES. SAVE & CONTINUE
All attributes will open up and you can 'CTRL & F' to find on the page.
Once all attributes are filled in - SAVE & RETURN.
Kroger Hierarchy Level needs to be completed:
Fill in all attributes - VALIDATE - and once GTIN has validated successfully final submit to Kroger.
