Much of the HACCP is around the control and handling of a product. This would likely be more in the production plan of the manufacturer. There are some elements that would lend themselves to being part of a product's master data. If you can please share what information you are looking to send or receive, we can point here to the options available in our systems.

You can indicate your item is HACCP in Item Management/GDSN by choosing it as a valid value for the attribute packagingMarkedLabelAccreditationCode:
