recent XML batch upload from 0011140000003 not appearing in "Recent Transactions" on IM main page

Hello, we recently uploaded XML batch from 0011140000003 to 1WorldSync IM production around 2 PM Central Timezone today (10/21/2025), but upload is not appearing in "Recent Transactions" on main IM dashboard page. We would like to resolve this today due to internal urgent requests if possible. Please assist.

The XML we received had the following validation errors:
