Who can I talk to about making sure I am entering my product correctly?

I've cleared all the other errors that came up, but I think I am missing one big key piece, and I don't know how to find out this info. The code I thought was the one, isn't.
It would be great if I could just review my initial product entry with a support person to verify I am doing this correctly. Then I could be empowered to enter the rest of my products, knowing that I can confirm I've set this up properly.
Till then, I feel stuck, and unsure.
