UNFI CIC Message vs Request in Portal

Good morning team!

Once in a while, I receive an email from UNFI asking for attributes to be added in their SV Harbor Portal, which our broker has taken care of in the past.

However, this time, I can't see any CIC messages asking for extra attributes in 1WS and the broker is asking what needs to be added/changed.

Hello, @nancyVigo , it’s good chatting with you again. Thank you for reaching out.

While most times retaielrs will send CIC messages for items published to them, they may not always follow through with this. If they are advising something is potentially wrong with an item, but have not sent a CIC response back with the attributes that need updated, you or your colleagues can either (1) reach out to UNFI for more details regarding that specific item, or (2) check similar items and how those were set up in out systems to compare the new item to those and, if needed, make any necessary updates.

Please let us know if this helped or, if there is the issue persists, we can also check the GTIN in our systems to make sure everything is alright from our end. Thank you!

I just wanted to let you know that UNFI finally let us know what the discrepancy is between 1WS and their portal.  I forwarded it to the broker so they can address it.

Thank you, @nancyVigo .  When you say there is a "discrepancy is between 1WS and their portal" is this something we need to escalate on our end?
